This course orients the students to the nature and perspectives of Sociology. It discusses the basic concepts relevant to the study of society and culture including the dynamics of social process, social change and how theories shape modes of behavior. The understanding and analysis of the functions and characteristics of various  human institutions, such as marriage, the family and religion are studies within the  Filipino context. Inclusive in the study is the realities, methods, agenda and social implications of Family Planning.

This course is an immersion program wherein the students will have the chance and opportunity to be with the IT industry. The students will have the chance to apply the skills, knowledge and attitude learned in the school and at the same time the opportunity to experience the corporate environment.

This course is an IT senior-project that requires students to demonstrate all technical and non-technical skills expected of an IT professional. Emphasis is on developing startup projects. Topics/activities include project proposal, feasibility studies, intellectual property, teamwork, budget, schedule, management, professional communication, research, planning, design, development, testing and implementation.
